PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a FAA Processor in Greer, SC.Summary:
Under limited supervision, performs tasks on coating equipment and machinery to coat metal and/or non-metal parts using a variety of coating, chemical, plating or painting processes.
Works effectively with peers to meet daily production objectives.
Follows procedures and processes using various equipment in order to complete tasks.
On-the-job training, cross-training, job shadowing.
Understanding and knowledge of procedures, reading Work Instructions, engineering and quality specifications.
Proficient math and computer skills.
Thorough understanding of processes and procedures performs tasks with direction from Team Leader.
Works with Supervisor, Team Leader, or Engineer to identify and improve production parts and systems.
Under direct supervision, follows established guidelines, processes and procedures to resolve issues and/or tasks.
Ability to escalate production issues to the proper support resources as issues occur.
Problems are operational in nature and may be defined, somewhat difficult in nature, and may require some basic analysis and innovation to solve.
Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions.
Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated.
Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures.

HS Diploma or equivalent; minimum 2-3 years of manufacturing experience operating machinery and equipment.
