Must be capable of reading plans, communicating with builder, inspectors, and office to oversee job.
Other duties include overseeing crew, ordering material and verifying work is completed on time.
This is a supervisory position but requires working with hand tools as needed.
Company covers travel expenses and lodging if not residing in job location.

Must have new construction apartment type experience.
Must be willing to travel out of state to various job site locations
