Regular Work Order Processing
Replacing Belts, Lubricating Motors & Monitoring Refrigerant Pressures
Lock & Key Services
Mechanical, Gas, Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnosis, Services & Repairs
EPA, OSHA, Regulatory, Fair Housing & Workplace Safety Compliance
National, State, County, & City Legal Compliance
Assist Maintenance Team As-Needed
APARTMENT HVAC MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Tools a MUST!
EPA / HVAC Certification
Hospitality/Hotel, Property or Building Maintenance Experience Preferred
Valid Identification & Reliable Transportation
Demonstrated Ability To Problem-Solve
People Skills & Strong Organizational Skills
