ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Nissan Process
Greet customers upon arrival
Present customers different vehicles models and give product information
Show customers vehicles on lot and know inventory
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Introduce customers to sales advisor when customer is ready to move forward with purchase
Identify product quality points and craftsmanship and inform customers of incentives
Job Qualifications
Motivation to be successful
Great customer service skills & verbal skills
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer & phone skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Bi-lingual is a plus
Must be a team player and someone who enjoys engaging with new people everyday
