We currently have a small but mighty team that runs a very impactful, faith-centered online coaching company. We help high-achieving, faith-centered online entrepreneurs clarify and fulfill their powerful purpose in life and business. Every position is critical and everyone's input is valued. We are currently looking to bring on an executive assistant to work directly with me (the CEO) on projects, scheduling, and client customer service. Job responsibilities include calendar management and scheduling, client communication, and some social media management.
This is a role that absolutely could expand in the future for the right person. It will be approximately 10 hours per week and the work can be done virtually. We can discuss increasing your responsibilities as your performance is evaluated.
This is a work-from-home, contractor position. This is a long-term position and not a one-off project.
The ideal person we are looking for is¦
- Beyond Organized. We want you to be able to give US organization advice.
- Detail-oriented. You notice when we forget to cross the Ts or dot the Is. Sloppy work drives you crazy.
- Efficient, responsible and gets things done! No waiting until the last minute or throwing assignments together. You must be prompt and responsive. Communication is KEY.
- Interested in personal growth and working with a team in a very creative environment. We are doing some important work here and we need someone who goes all in right alongside us as we are making a difference in the world.
- Pleasant to work with, has a fun personality and is hard working. We are always warm and welcoming to our customers and clients, and we need you to be, too.
- Coachable. There is a little learning curve when you come on board with our company. Be ready to roll up your sleeves to learn, and well point you in the right direction.
- Comfortable with technology. We use a few online systems to keep our company running smoothly. Well train you when needed, but youve got to be comfortable with stepping into basic computer systems and social media.
- Self-directed. We allow you to have freedom and flexibility, but if you cant get the job done, meet all the deadlines, and make it all happen without lots of supervision, we wont be a match.
- Somebody who doesnt make excuses. Everyone on the team keeps their word on deadlines. We provide a ton of flexibility, but not meeting deadlines will never be acceptable.
