We are a steel fabrication company located in Fountain Inn, specializing in heavy industrial construction, maintenance, fabrication and installation services. We are looking for full time permanent employees to join our team that are interested in a career not just a job. Typical projects include - new buildings, remodels or additions, consisting of Commercial, Industrial and Residential, that are in and around the upstate. We have large projects that last a year or more and small projects that last a month.
Job Duties Include:
The planning of the job to be carried out, reading and following erection drawings/plans.
Accurately aligning and leveling each steel component into place before bolting and welding them into fixed positions
Laying out and installing of misc. metals - Stairs, Handrails, Roof Access Ladders, Dumpster Gates, and other misc. metals
Health and safety is very important, so strict adherence to safe working practices is essential at all times.
Welding certification
Good practical skills for using tools, logic and good problem solving ability, good listening skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions,
An accurate, organized and methodical approach to work, a good team worker
Must have drivers license and reliable transportation/be dependable
