We are looking to hire someone with their own pickup truck to do doorstep to dumpster trash pickup at an apartment complex.
SITE: Greenville, SC 29607
NIGHTS: Sunday and Monday each week, 8 PM to as late as 10 PM
PAY: $350 per month ($175 on the 1st and 15th each month) 1099 Contract Labor
START: ASAP
The Trash Fairies courier is responsible for part-time, nightly, door-to-door collection of trash and recycling items within assigned apartment communities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time (8 PM - 10 PM main couriers)
Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards.
Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment:
Must have own truck.
Must successfully complete basic background check.
Must have a phone with data plan to download specific apps we use.
Must currently have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must maintain valid documentation Auto Liability Insurance, Driver's License, etc.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions.
Ability to climb stairs and walk distances.
Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
