Source Energy Solutions Inc. is immediately seeking a full-time Technical Coordinator to join our fun, busy headquarters office in Greenville. We are an industry leader in residential, commercial and industrial solar solutions with offices throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. This is an upbeat office with a lot of positive energy and fun!
The Technical Coordinator Position:
You and your team will be responsible for processing the technical service aspects of residential and commercial solar installations. These aspects include diligently processing, city, state and municipal permits, utility level interconnections, state utility board submissions and more. Above all else, communication with our residential clients is a key job facility.
This position is full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking energetic, motivated, enthusiastic individuals. You must have a team mentality and sense of adventure. This office is very upbeat! You must have excellent client relations/ customer service skills and present outstandingly on the phone.
Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years or older!
2. High school diploma required! (Some college is preferred.)
3. Must be available immediately!
4. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening!
5. Basic PC skills are required. (MS Office, Outlook, Email, Etc.)
6. One or more of the following fields of experience are highly preferred:
Solar or construction office experience
Customer service / client management
Help desk or technical support
Public relations
