Great company in need of a great Customer Service Rep! We provide employees a casual, friendly, family atmosphere. This role requires an individual who is are trustworthy and approachable and maintains a proper demeanor when interacting will all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment. We need exceptional conflict resolution skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a desire to assist in all areas of the business which may include customer service, invoicing, mailing, inquiries etc.
Job Responsibilities
Greet clients via phone, email, and in-person
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing, and services.
Handle service issues in a friendly manner even when customers are upset
Create work orders
Establish phone rapport and maintain phone etiquette with customers
Create and update customer accounts in database
Prepare outgoing mail
Assist in collection calls
Resolve service issues
Take and process payments
Use of standard office equipment (Fax, Copier, Computer)
Preferred Qualifications
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of geographical area helpful but not required
Available to work occasional after 5pm during periods of high call volume
Working Conditions
Construction type environment
Able to sit for long periods
Extended periods using and reading computer monitor
Education
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma / GED
Full Time (M-F/8am-5pm)
Pay Depends on Experience.
