Busy Long-Distance Moving Company Seeks: FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

Immediate Opening For A Full Time Work From Home Position With Great Pay. 40-48 hours x week
Base Pay of $550 X Week Mar-Aug (Busy Season) $500 X Week Sept- Feb (Slow Season)
(Winters Months May Be Part Time).

DUTIES:
Answer Incoming Calls and Route Them Accordingly
Making Outbound Calls to Dispatch, Cs Reps, Sales Reps and Foreman.Â
Manage Our Moving Calendar Software
Assist Owners with Various Administrative Projects
Handle Escalated Cs Issues and Negotiate Discounts with Customers to Ensure Satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Very Articulate This Is A Must
Professional Email correspondence
Nice Cheery Phone Voice
Experience in Handling Highly Stressed Customers
Advanced Computer Skills
Silent Home Office (No Sounds of Kids or Pets)
Reliable Computer
Great Internet
Ability to Interact with Management and Sales Staff on Virtual Office Video Conference
Ability to post ads, conduct interviews, train new hires

Monday Friday Noon To 8PM EST
Saturday Noon To 6PM EST
COMPENSATION:
$550 X Week Mar-Aug (Busy Season)
$450 X Week Sept- Feb (Slow Season)
