We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Manager for our Hartsville, SC Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the customer service experience, planning and implementing call center strategies, and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives who handle customer payments, schedule fuel deliveries, and dispatch Drivers.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the center?s service performance and plan and implement strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfactionManage the Customer Service staff (seasonal and non-seasonal) which includes hiring, training, coaching, and managing performanceEstablish team goals and objectives and coach employees to achieve those goalsCreate and manage efficient staff schedules which includes anticipating events that will affect call volume and make adjustments to staffing levels accordinglyPartner with local Customer Service Center employees to ensure that customer issues are addressed quickly and satisfactorily Serve as an escalation point for resolving urgent/critical customer service issuesThis position will require extended availability during our peak season.Relocation assistance is available to those who qualify.Why Suburban Propane?
