Groundskeeper
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for a Groundskeeper to start ASAP.

Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:
Working outdoors a MUST
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Pressure washing
Use of leaf blower
Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
Groundskeeper must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Leaf, snow and pet waste removal when necessary
Groundskeeper Requirements:
Reliable transportation required
Willing to submit to a background check
The ability to safely lift 60 pounds
