Looking for a skilled lead line cook who can assume a supervisory type role in a busy Island restaurant.
ability to multi task and produce constant plates required.
We are locally owned and operated since 1986.
Join our team helping us execute our seafood centric menu.
We use quality ingredients featuring local produce and the freshest fish we can find.
We have a great steady business and generally close between 8:30-9:30 -ie; no late night hours!
Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen.
Organization, and attention to detail is a must. Mastery of basic cookery require.

pm shift 2:30-10pm- primarily
am shift- 8-3:3 pm - available
