High volume funky family pizza restaurant, Mellow Mushroom Mount Pleasant is seeking an experienced, qualified and dedicated Kitchen Manager for immediate consideration. Applicant must be able to oversee: diligent food ordering, effective management of BOH staff, hiring and firing, adherence to safety, food prep guidelines, scheduling, working on line as needed, and overall kitchen cleanliness.
Prior kitchen experience is required. Competitive compensation offered. Please provide resume with References and salary requirements. Greater consideration given to applicants with previous open kitchen and/or pizza experience.
Food Safety Manager Certification is preferred
