Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy while partnering to understanding their needs. This role will allow you to develop relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality, proactive recruitment resulting in providing top talent to CVS Health.You will accomplish this by: Delivering strong candidate and hiring leader experience including proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, vetting top qualified candidates for interviews, being responsible for the offer process, and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame. Building and executing a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables, as well as utilizing innovative sourcing practices and tools, to ensure an adequate pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates. Serving as a business leader with an expertise in recruitment who can communicate with hiring leaders and candidates to share knowledge of CVS Health's business, benefits, and opportunities. Understanding and achieving defined recruiting metrics including, but not limited to, time to fill, referrals hired, and candidate/hiring leader survey scores.A successful Talent Acquisition Partner is determined by your ability to deliver top talent within the organization while providing a topnotch hiring and candidate experience. Your organization, time management, and communication skills will be paramount to your success. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality as you will have visibility to sensitive business information. In addition, you will need to quickly grasp knowledge of the business and to communicate collaboratively to various partners to drive talent to the organization.You will be an integral member recruiting and broader Human Resources team. The contributions you make will have a significant impact on the future of the organization as you bring talent to support our mission of "putting people on their path to better health"!Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience with demonstrable track record of delivering high impact recruitment solutions at an accelerated pace. Intellectual curiosity with a Growth Mindset Creative problem solver who can incorporate new findings into existing plans and act conclusively and independently.Preferred Qualifications Solid knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus. Providing market intel from working in multiple industries Proactive individual who can function and win in a fast paced, performance-driven environment. Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to ensure timely and proactive follow up on projects.
