Job Description
Overseeing multiplestores throughout the lower north Island (The Warehouse New Plymouth, Bell Block, Hawera, Wanganui, Fielding, Palmerston,Dannevirke, Masterton, Hastings, and Napier),and as part of a team of Regional Leads, you will be responsible for undertaking activities aligned to the mission of a squad, bringing skills that can ensure retail stores deliver and customer experiences are second to none.
This includessupporting them to be productive and profitable through great retail and business relationship execution and constant improvement.
You willbe working collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes identified as part of the process for each squad. Within the chapter protocols and using your skillset to its fullest, you will carry out actions independently and with others within the squad’s remit that fast track the delivery of goals, deliver quality outcomes and minimise or remove obstacles.
It's about taking complex pieces of work that are releasedto stores and executingthem ensuring sales and profit targets are met. You will be constantly looking for ways to improve experience and profitability and actively ensuringthat you provide feedback and input into the various squad missions across the business. It's a fantasticopportunity to use your deep understanding of how our stores operate and how our customers interact with our retail store touchpoints to drive productivity and profit.
