Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities for the company;
- Strengthen existing customer relationship;
- Provide customer services, such as answering clients' inquires via telephone, online chat and emails;
- Demonstrate the company's trading platform to prospects;
- Assist in clients' on-boarding administration and documentation;
- Representation of the company at exhibitions and customer events in the region.
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, finance or marketing;
SFC Type 3 license holder or in progress to obtain the license;
Skillful at relationship building with clients of different nationalities and background;
Customer minded, motivated, committed, presentable and a team player;
Previous sales, tele-marketing experience is a plus;
Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
