We are a commercial real estate company looking for someone to work as an assistant to the property manager.
Individual should be well-versed in property maintenance issues: roofs, HVAC, electrical, etc.
Responsibilities would consist of routine property maintenance checks, overseeing tenant build-outs, scheduling and monitoring of crew.
The candidate needs to be detail oriented, able to communicate clearly and able to think on their feet. The ability to, create budgets and obtain vendor proposals.
Follow-Through and maintaining daily logs is critical.
