Established Audio/Video Installation company seeking qualified installation technician for both high end Home Audio/Video integrated systems and commercial A/V systems. To be considered for this position the candidate must possess the following:
The ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.
The ability to wire and install distributed audio systems, home theater systems, home automation systems and network systems
Strong networking skills
The ability to take a project from start to finish
the ability to program control systems - ie. URC
The ability to use hand and power tools and make wire terminations
The ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams
knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new construction and retrofit projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job requirements:
Must be reliable and flexible
Must have a minimum of 3 years field experience in the A/V home theater industry
Minimum of High School diploma
Must always be clean and neat in appearance
Must have personal tools required and be willing to purchase tools needed for job
Must have a Valid Drivers license and a clean driving record
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Will be required to have or earn a RI Telecommunications License
