Shineharmony Holdings Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated on-site property maintenance manager for its commercial property in Barrington, RI.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Inspect property regularly and report findings to management daily
Perform preventive and general maintenance such as landscaping, cleaning, repairing, etc.
Monitor vacant buildings and secure any entry points.
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience
General maintenance knowledge of landscaping, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and overall ability to operate power tools.
Able to live on-site.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform outdoor work for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb and work on ladders, work with arms raised over head, stand/walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc.
