Your Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance for a 45 unit family property in Lincoln, RI. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and groundskeeping. The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Your Qualifications
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to respond to the after-hours emergency on-call service and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
