Maintenance technician position available with a small growing company. The candidate will have hands on experience with good skills in plumbing, heating, hvac, electricity, carpentry and other general building repairs. Will perform all duties required for apartment turnovers, ground maintenance. Must have adequate supply of hand and power tools. Prefer candidate with experience. Reliable transportation, must live within 15 minutes to RT95/495 exchange, available for rare emergency calls during off hours.
