PARENTS HOURS
8:30 to 1 Monday through Friday
-General Office duties including data entry, filing, answering phones, greeting
clients, copying and scanning, order entry and order review. In this role you will be responsible for organizing documents, generating customer quotes and proforma invoices. In this role, the select candidate will also
be responsible for ordering office supplies and managing office supply inventory.
This role is both front and back office in that you will also be speaking with clients/customers via
phone and email.
This is a fast paced office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
-Proficient in MS Office including Excel
-Strong communications both verbal and written
-Exceptional business knowledge and professionalism
