Matunuck Oyster Farm is seeking a full time Oyster Farmer, 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality product possible. Our farmers are responsible for building oyster grow out gear, working grow out bags, operating the tumbler, harvesting, culling, and bagging oysters. Assist with farm organization and clean up as directed by Oyster Farm Manager. Must have experience driving a 16-18 ft boat, be comfortable on the water and able to work in all weather conditions. Must report to work on time and be dependable. All employees are required to maintain proper employee conduct including being respectful of noise level, and the homeowners that surround the farm.
