Clinical Alliance Services, LLC is a small group practice based in Boston, Massachusetts that is currently expanding its clinical staff to include clinicians from Rhode Island. Currently, our practice's psychotherapy services are being provided via telehealth due to COVID. We are seeking clinicians willing to obtain licensure in Massachusetts to join our team as telehealth / remote psychotherapists.
We offer individual and couples therapy to adults, including college-aged students, comprising a large proportion of our client population. Treatment services consistent of weekly or twice-weekly therapy, based on client needs. Our model is heavily influenced by psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational/attachment-based treatment approaches and our psychotherapists are encouraged to participate in paid training at local psychoanalytic training institutes. Training in CBT and other validated approaches is encouraged, as we value the flexibility to deliver integrative treatment approaches to best meet our clients' needs.
Candidates should have solid psychodynamic and / or cognitive-behavioral outpatient experience with adults and demonstrated multicultural competence. Clinicians interested in psychoanalytic/ psychodynamic training are strongly encouraged to apply. We offer competitive compensation, excellent colleagues and flexible schedules. Part-time (3 to 4 days/week) and full-time (4 to 5 days/week) positions are available.
