In this role, you will be expected to:

Helping us grow from a small startup company to a competing company against home health and the big hospital systems in New England and the most sought-after provider of high quality outpatient Chronic Pain, wholistic healthcare center.
Be involved in the creation of internal and external marketing materials

Workshop events
Make yourself available for scheduled phone appointments to talk to people
who request this marketing information you will be creating.
Be responsible for limiting client drop-offs.
Be pro-active in making regular re-activation phone calls to the people who have dropped off on your schedule and follow-up on Free Consultations and Initial Evaluations that have not signed up for full Plans of Care.
Be flexible in your working hours. Willing to work weekends. Working in an environment where the client is served first, we have to provide them flexible hours based on their schedule and preferences.
Negotiation of working hours will also be established during the interview process based on the current needs of our clients and your own wishes.
The salary of $50-70,000 will compensate you for making yourself available during the hours established during the interview process. You will also be responsible for hitting stated outcomes you will be tracking and reporting on a weekly basis.
Contribute and attend a minimum of 3 hours per week of in-clinic Continuing Education including a once per month power point presentation to the rest of the team and attend a minimum of 30 hours per year of Continuing Education.
Drive Referrals & encourage Continued Treatment Our clients are often quite complex, so many of them truly need on-going treatment. It will be your job to provide them a phenomenal experience, communication, and results that empowers them to realize their full potential so they continue to work with you to get better, and never stop getting better.
Your evaluation, communication, and ability to handle money objections will allow you to achieve a high client visit average. Training will be provided on this, and within 6 months. Your Client Visit Average will be at least 15 sessions.
