To be successful, our candidates will require a strong degree of organization skills, the ability to understand overall business goals, an ability to work with all team members & referral sources communicating in a professional, educated, accurate, and timely fashion. Were seeking sales minded candidates that have a strong background in the home health care arena. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in marketing along with the motivation to succeed. The ideal candidate must have excellent oral, written and communication skills to interact with our team, Social Workers, Discharge Planners and Case managers with other facilities.

Summary:

This is a 28hr. Sales/Marketing position Monday through Friday 9AM-2:30PM Evening meetings may be required from time to time) No Weekends unless there is a special event going on.

Successful candidates will work to increase company revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The successful Candidate will be out on the road daily passing out our information, visiting local and surrounding facilities, Senior Centers and other offices pertaining to the Geriatric Population.

The successful Candidate will have access to a company vehicle during working hours.

The successful Candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and excel in his or her position.

We offer accrued sick time, Vacation time, 401K for eligible employees, Aflac and a flexible schedule.

Work Requirements-

Follow-up with established leads to generate sales & referrals.

Make cold calls to set up appointments with facilities and offices to educate them on our services.

Follow up on all referral services and keep a daily log.

Meet once a week with Management to go over goals, and what is being done to meet those goals.

Understand and provide information on what our agency does, be educated on pricing and what our Non skilled agency offers.

Maintain accurate records on all past and current referrals.

Summary-

Minimum of one to three years of sales and marketing experience in the home care field

Great presentation and communication skills

Must build relationships within the community to ensure customer growth within the company

Computer literate. Must be able to toggle and enter information on Quickbooks and Clear Care software when needed.

Ability to learn and apply new information quickly

Ability to multi-task

Accurate documentation

Will work closely with our CNA recruiter
