Part time Experienced oven/grill & sauté line cook for busy upscale Italian restaurant. Nights/weekends/holidays. Must be proficient in cooking all cuts of prime meats. 80 percent sauté but heavy oven and grill usage. 5 years plus experience necessary. Closed most Sundays. These are not a learn as you go positions. Candidate needs to be proficient within a week of hire. $16 to $18 per hour for qualified applicant depending on skill set. 1 working interview shift is a must.
