Casual Fine Dining Restaurant is now hiring a General Manager. Candidates must have 3 years of prior restaurant managerial experience. Fine dining experience preferred but not required. Specifically, candidates must have extensive experience/knowledge in the following areas: Human Resources (including hiring, training and firing), liquor inventory and costs, wine knowledge, POS systems, and Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
