Newport Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team. The Executive Sous Chef will be part of a passionate culinary team and will work with the Executive Chef to oversee and lead the daily operations. The ideal candidate for Executive Sous Chef will be passionate about food, people and providing an exceptional guest experience. They will possess excellent multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; training and development of others around them; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a full-service establishment is required for consideration. Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
