Castle Hill Inn seeks bartenders to work at our various bars throughout the two restaurants, providing high level service for our guests.Candidates should have experience bartending previously at establishments with extensive wine & cocktail menus, as well as a high percentage of food service.All new hires will rotate through our various locations to build up skill, speed, and knowledge including our service bar, Mansion Bar, and Terrace Bar.Shifts are 6-10 hours in length starting as early as 10 am. Our bars are not open until 1 am, so the number of very late nights (past 11pm) are few and far between). Applicants who are not quite ready for the main stage will start as barbacks and train as servers as they progress, working towards the more prominent stations/shifts as the season goes on.
Alcohol safety certification, clean & professional appearance, and polite attitude are required.
