The Boat House is seeking an Assistant General Manager!
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally. The ideal candidate will be a quality driven leader, have a strong hospitality and service background, and is able to foster a culture of positivity, growth and teamwork.
The Assistant General Manager must have the ability and desire to work as part of a team and develop others around them. They will work with the General Manager to oversee and lead the daily restaurant operations and development of the team. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: hiring and training, hands on development of employees, coaching and counseling, scheduling, reconciliation of daily revenues, invoicing and inventory.
A minimum of 2 years as Assistant General Manager in an upscale, high volume establishment. This individual must have a healthy progression from Restaurant Manager to Assistant General Manager for consideration.
