Night Owl Restaurant Group currently operates 2 scratches kitchens in the Cranston area. Plenty of parking and good hours of operation. When hiring we look for people with the following:
The ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Utilizes recipes every time a food item is being prepared.
Assist other cooks with prep and organize as necessary.
Maintain kitchen work area, equipment, utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
Operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
Ensures food quality at all times.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Food Handler's certificate is a plus
