Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesReporting to an Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure team lead, this Marketing Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for managing and executing marketing programs for the segment. This professional will develop and execute integrated marketing programs and sales support initiatives supporting key segment priorities. The designated professional must have experience with message development as well as functional expertise in content marketing/ thought leadership, lead generation, advertising/public relations, digital and social media marketing, and direct sales programs. This professional will develop direct-to-customer marketing campaigns and programs.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing integrated marketing programs/plans for existing solutions (including Guidehouse Insights). Balance brand-building and lead generation objectives, while ensuring that programs drive lead generation that ultimately results in measurable revenue and positive ROI for the business.

Working collaboratively segment and corporate marketing teams

Managing internal and external resources in the execution of marketing activities that achieve strategic and marketing goals, to include:

Publication and distribution of thought leadership content. Partner with practice professionals on the development of the content strategy, editorial calendar, and distribution channels. Support the development internally and drive external distribution. Execute programs, monitor and track results, and manage lead generation and follow up activities related to the content program

Plan and execute additional relationship development and lead generation programs as necessary. This could include digital advertising, webinars, live or virtual events, direct mail, or other programs as deemed necessary.

Development of presentations, marketing collateral, sales materials and other sales support content, whether digital or hard copy.

Effectively placing print, digital, and social advertisements as needed.

Support a public relations strategy which positions Guidehouse expert professionals as thought leaders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. Five-to-ten years marketing and communications experience in a mix of either a professional services, consulting, technology or energy related services or B2B services environment.o Previous experience in consulting firms requiredo A passion for or experience in the critical, complex, and ever-evolving energy, sustainability, or infrastructure industriesPreferred:Fluent in written and spoken German languageo Global marketing experience preferredo Public sector marketing experience a pluso Management experience a plus Previous lead generation experience and demonstrated success with lead gen programs. Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is necessary, and accountability is expected. The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
