Do you have experience in a service industry job? We are looking for people who have worked in hotels, travel agencies or in a customer service role. If you have experience in these areas, then we may have an exciting opportunity for you.
Who we are:
WIMCO Villas, a leading vacation rental company head quartered in Newport, representing properties for rent in the Caribbean and Europe
What we are looking for:
- individuals with experience in either hotel front desk, reservations, or concierge desk roles
- Experience in customer service or working in a travel agency is also valued
What you would be doing:
- Working in WIMCO's reservations department
- Supporting agents, helping them administer all aspects of the reservations they are setting up for clients
- Fulfilling service requests, and mailing info to clients
