Automated Health Systems seeks candidates for part-time Customer Service Representative positions in East Providence.
Starts with 4 weeks of training - Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.
Strong PC proficiency required.
Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
