The Director of Maintenance is responsible for ongoing and preventative maintenance of all of the facility's buildings and grounds. This role also ensures the effectiveness of waste disposal, snow removal and pest control. Qualified candidates possess the ability to perform routine mechanical and structural repairs and a working knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations, OSHA Standards and Life Safety Codes are required.Adherence to the principals of resident rights, resident and employee confidentiality, EEO and ADA required.Supervisory experience preferred.Royal Middletown has been providing skilled nursing services to the community in a rural setting since 1932 and became part of the Royal Health Group in 2016.
