DescriptionThe Website Activation Strategist is part of the Website Strategy and Execution Team supporting content activation through our content management platforms that include Open Text Team Site and Adobe Target. This position collaborates with eBusiness and marketing teams to execute on a consistent schedule of content updates that support marketing, personalization and customer facing initiatives. This position creates execution plans and sees through the development of content and assets. The Website Activation Strategist will collaborate as necessary with marketing partners and production teams, maintaining a consistent and streamlined activation workflow from concept to production. This role will support reporting and communication between partners to help monitor and analyze the success of activation efforts. This is a large team where roles can shift based on the program needs, presenting an opportunity for highly organized team members with web experience to quickly expand their skill set. The team has an Agile mindset and is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and passionate. We are seeking someone with creativity, digital-DNA and ambition.Primary responsibilities include:
Support the development of web plans to help web execution teams activate content and campaigns
Coordinate the publishing of content directly in the CMS platform with support from publishing experts
Manage content calendars and activation schedules in tandem with platform experts
Organize, schedule and execute on partner content programs against dynamic schedules
Monitor and analyze the success of activation efforts, communicating to appropriate parties
Provide platform capabilities expertise for non-technical partners to help execute on ideas
Provide service-leadership to partners by providing organized and thorough project management
Work across multiple business and technical teams to see production requirements through to completion
Ability to effectively summarize problems and opportunities, coordinate and present solutions and resolve conflicts
QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
3+ years in digital marketing or website management roles
Adobe Target expert with significant in-platform experience
Adobe Audience Manager experience with demonstrated in-platform experience
Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Creative, analytical and with a strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well independently and in a Agile based team environment
Experience working in JIRA software a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree required
