DescriptionThe Digital Product Owner ultimately reports into the Release Management Director in the Digital Banking Organization. Results-driven colleague needed to aid in the execution of digital banking programs for Consumer Banking businesses. Utilizing a user-centric mindset, this individual will be a key contributor in driving optimal digital banking experiences. The digital product owner will lead the execution activities of cross-functional teams involving various business partners in the development and deployment of new products, product enhancements, and process improvements.Primary Responsibilities include:
Responsible for the strategic development and execution of the digital banking products/projects/programs
Strong understanding of technical solutions and how they supports customer interactions. Web, Mobile, APIs, Voice, Devices
Provide direction on the development, testing, and refinement of UX prototypes in an agile environment
Refine requirements and make them visible in the backlog.
Keep the backlog prioritized according to importance and clearly communicate the requirements to the team and work with individual team members as needed to explain requirements
Facilitate solutions across the organization; working with legal, risk, operations, UX and technology teams to prioritize, deliver solutions that align with the corporate strategy
QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong prioritization skills and ability to gather information quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
Organized, controlled, engaged, polished meeting management
Ability to be decisive
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with Agile methods and tools
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience working within a cross-functional team using Agile/Scrum
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
