DescriptionThe Portfolio Planning & Governance Operations administrator supports multiple activities related to the monitoring of organization-wide efforts that combine the management and support of methodologies, policy governance and financial management. Primary responsibilities include:
Developing strong, effective working relationships with business partners, Finance and vendors
Tracking contract status throughout the vendor management process through to the generation of the purchase order
Managing EDO vendor invoice processing
Supporting the policies, regulations, functions, processes, procedures, management and control of projects and programs.
Identifying and developing the practices, procedures, policies, work products, templates and tools deemed necessary for enhanced project management techniques.
Incorporating effective change and risk management controls that are practical and effective.
Providing support in training and the tools for success.
QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
2 or more years of business analyst experience.
Excellent decision making skills ability to negotiate and balance decisions and priorities across needs of several functional departments.
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint], Word and SharePoint.
Competent use of Portfolio and Project Management tools such as Planview, ALM etc.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Well rounded knowledge of banking products and terminology.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
