Our company is based in Pittsburgh. We are looking to contract with an experienced sales rep to cover the York county area.
You will be contacting property management companies to pitch our debt purchase program. We purchase their older, warehoused landlord tenant eviction judgments for cash, after they have made other attempts to recover this money.
This is a hot market, mostly because we have seen little to no competition. In fact, we are probably the only company in PA offering cash buyouts of receivables to Property owners/managers.
The job may involve personal visits to the offices to pitch our services. We will provide necessary background training on the culture of the collection industry and provide you will leads- ultimately, it is you who will decide on the best approach, based on your experience in sales. Pay is based on a flat fee based on percentage of total sales volume for each contract, PLUS an ongoing percentage of the dollars recovered from each account in the portfolio purchased.
