- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. - Prepare and package product as it moves along the production line. - Comply with safety and sanitation standards and regulations, contributing to a clean, safe work environment, including proper use of all safety equipment and clothing. - Use of Wizzard knife, scale, labeling equipment, vacuum packaging equipment, and other related equipment. - Perform other related responsibilities, as needed, to support Plainville Farms Brands objectives
-Be at least 18 years old and have the ability to lift up to 30lbs -Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. -Stand and for the duration of an 8 to 12-hour shift. -Repetitive use of hands and fine motor skills. -Flexibility to changing duties, rotations and product requirements. -The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display good attendance
