System One is seeking experienced Line Leads to join our onsite operations team at our client's facility in Thomasville, PA.
Work Shifts:
B Shift: Mon - Fri, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
E Shift: Sat - Sun, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Wed, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
G Shift: Sat - Sun, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Mon - Wed, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Summary of Functions:
- Responsible for taking daily attendance and filling as many production positions as possible for client.
- Interfaces on a daily basis with all System One employees and assists the client and System One supervision with any issues on the production floor.
- Assist in the on-boarding of new employees and in the training of all contingent workers assigned to the client facility.
Essential Functions:
- Record daily attendance at beginning of shift; report starting number to client supervision, verify if all lines will run.
- Make every attempt to run all lines, even when a few employees short of requested number.
- At the start of each shift, determine if PS is needed to contact current shift for volunteers to stay over/and or call subsequent shift for coverage to report early.
- Spend 95% of the shift or 7.5 hours/shift on the production floor training and assisting employees in their duties.
- Once lines are running, establish break schedules, assist in giving breaks if necessary.
- Verify that employees are using proper PPE's and are GMP compliant, secure supplies for them if needed.
- Stay in constant radio contact with production floor (i.e., Receivers, Coordinators and Line Operators).
- Clear jam-ups and reset Posimats when required.
- Assist in change-over operations.
- Ensure employees are working safely and using proper techniques to move supplies.
- Record accurate times for employees leaving early, coming late or switching departments.
- Assist in signing employees out at the end of the shift.
- All times are accurately reported to the Shift Coordinator and Performance Supervisor.
Secondary Functions:
- Assist Performance Supervisor and Client Coordinator with on-boarding when needed.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Must be knowledgeable of tasks and duties on each line
- Flexible hours and ability to work overtime if needed
