Job Description:
Very dependable- no time off during the 12 weeks
Very fast paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, required OR
In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 8+ years of relevant experience, required.
Familiarity with Web-based applicant tracking systems, required; Taleo or Workday experience strongly required.
Familiarity with common sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc, required
Computer literate, strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing demands.
