Yellow Cap Holding, LLC is a Wendy’s franchise owner seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to oversee nine restaurants in the Central PA area. Applicant must be a highly motivated, organized individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. An Associate’s Degree in Electrical preferred.
Major Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain production and restaurant equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment as necessary in accordance with established policies and procedures; respond to emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, electrical, small plumbing, and minor building repairs.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. In addition, maintain instruction/installation manuals, and preventive maintenance information and schedules for all restaurant equipment ensuring safe proper operations.
Consistent communication with leadership to assure maintenance services and programs are properly planned and maintained in order to meet the needs of the company.
Use a of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Cleaning, painting, maintaining restaurant equipment, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Possess a valid driver’s license
Knowledgeable in maintenance practices, procedures, safety regulations and guidelines
Function independently and with flexibility
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues with restaurant equipment
Organized with daily activities to plan and carry out repairs and equipment installation.
Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, compressors, etc.
