Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features co-operative assignments that last up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.The co-op student will work closely with the global marketing team for neurology to develop her/his strategic marketing skills while helping to expand access new uses to our sleep medicine around the world, investigate new lifecycle opportunities, and explore new digital commercial models to do so. It is an exciting time to join the team as we leverage significantly greater amounts of data and digital capabilities, seeking innovative win-win models for patients, healthcare systems, and for the company, and exploring new ways of working.The co-op student will support some of these goals by collaborating with internal Marketing groups including Promotion, Learning & Development, Market Research and Business Development, areas outside Marketing including our research & development division and our manufacturing division, and with external stakeholders, and will provide a broad view of how we set strategy from drug development through launch and post launch execution across the globe.Required Education and Skills:

Current pursuing a BA or BS w/focus in Marketing, Economics, Business Admin, Public Health, Digital information technology:

Must be able to demonstrate Innovative thinking, curiosity, confidence, digital savviness

Strong communication skills with ability to convey ideas with clarity and conviction

Strong collaboration and teamwork

Preferred experiences:

Marketing analytics

Healthcare policy & public health

Digital technology in healthcare

Experience design

Behavioral economics

Biology or healthcare background a plus
