We're a 100 seat restaurant and bar with a well received concept looking for a working chef to take the kitchen to the next level. Responsibilities include:
Working the line during service
Delegating prep tasks
Scheduling
Ordering
Inventory
Menu and special development
Quality control
Training new hires
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of line cooking experience plus at least 2 years of kitchen management experience. Open availability is a must.
You'll get two days off in a row and no more than 50 hours per week. Our company is looking for people to grow with so if you're looking for a place to call home, this is it.
