The Holiday Inn Express Reading Airport is seeking a full time responsible, outgoing, hospitality specialists to join us in the commitment to deliver IHG's Guest Love experience to all.

Ideal candidates

Fluency in local language- extra language skill a plus but not essential

Must be flexibility in scheduling including nights and weekends.

Must be able to complete work with minimal supervision

Maintain composure in a sometimes fast pace environment.

Must have excellent communication and follow up skills

Response to guest issues and/ or problems in a timely manner

Uphold professional appearance, phone etiquette, attitude and demeanor

Credit card processing and cash handling skills needed

Must have computer skills. Ability to input information into the computer system, access the internet, receive and sent emails

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a warm, courteous manner

Acknowledge Rewards Club Members and returning guests in person or on the phone

Take and manage guest bookings

Handle cash and credit transactions

Checking in and out guest swiftly- take ID's, hand out keys, and give direction and hotel amenities

Stay ahead of the guest needs- record and act on their preferences, requests, questions and concerns.

Follow safety procedures and report all incidents

Know what events and or meeting are going on both on and off property

Assist guests in any way possible
