We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a client in the Reading Area.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for completing Medicaid application for patients the client refers Responsible for uploading and submitting Medicaid application onto website Where necessary, will contact employers, family members, etc. to obtain the necessary documentation to support the Medicaid application Will help to coordinate and facilitate any comments, notes, etc. to be entered into the hospital system as mutually agreed upon by the hospital and company Responsible to update system as deemed appropriate for the successful completion of file information Will adhere to standards of conduct and company policy Other duties may be assigned to meet business or client's needs Training Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Please note: Training takes place at Corporate HQ in Allentown. Candidates must be willing to commute for training before being placed on-site in Reading.
