Looking for full time second shift bail underwriter/call center operator for our Reading location. Shift is 4pm-12am. Individual must have dependable transportation, basic computer skills, and must be comfortable working alone. Reliability, organization, and dependability are a must. Must be bilingual. Job duties will include:
Answers incoming calls & responds to customer emails;
Handles customer inquiries both telephonically & by email;
Researches required information using available resources & systems;
Manages & resolves customer complaints;
Provides customers with product & service information;
Updates existing customer information;
Processes forms & applications;
Identify & escalate priority issues;
Routes calls to appropriate resource or personnel;
Follows up on customer calls where required;
Documents all information according to standard operating procedures;
Complete call logs;
Produce call reports;
Processes credit, debit or other cash-type payments;
Reports new membership applicants to the Director of Customer Services;
Provides daily report of payments to the Director of Customer Services;
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as directed or assigned;
Ownership & maintains the organization's collection data for all Legal Plan Members;
Performs day-to-day collection activities directly with Legal Plan Member's
